Ingredients
1 ½ lbs chicken thighs
1 ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp salt
fresh ground pepper to taste

In a ziploc bag, combine all ingredients and mix until chicken is evenly coated.

Marinade in fridge for about an hour.

Preheat oven to 425*.

Drain chicken and place in a baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165* in the centre.
