If you aren’t 100% happy with your online purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of when your order was delivered or from the day you picked up your order instore. We will refund the value of your returned item(s) using the same payment method that you used initially for the purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to be processed and shown on your statement.
Apparel and shoes must have original tags attached. Final sale on pierced earrings, undergarments, food, gourmet and sale items. We appreciate your understanding.

ONE: Return to store (it’s FREE!). Please bring in your Cindy’s receipt that was in your bag with your items or print off your email order confirmation.
TWO: Ship your item(s) back. Please include your Cindy’s receipt that was in your bag with your items or print off your email order confirmation and place in the box that you are shipping back to us. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
