Homemade Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

 1 loaf white sliced bread
 ¾ cup margarine or butter
 1 onion, chopped
 4 stalks celery, chopped
 2 tsp poultry seasoning
 1 cup chicken broth
Directions

Sautee vegetables.

Mix the bread cubes with the vegetables and olive oil.

Mix in the broth.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 375 degrees in a lightly greased 9x13 rectangle baking pan. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes.

Remove cover and bake for another 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.

Drizzle with balsamic and serve!
