Oregano Pizza Dough w/ 25 Star Balsamic


Ingredients
¾ cup warm water
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
2 cups all purpose flour

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water until it becomes bubbly. Add the salt, oil and flour. Mix until dough is smooth.

Cover bowl with a tea towel and set aside for an hour or until dough has doubled in size.

Spread the dough out into a 12x19 baking sheet, brush on 1 tsp of Cindy's Oregano Olive Oil. Add your desired toppings.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until bottom is golden brown.

Let pizza cool for a few minutes then drizzle as much Cindy's 25 Star Dark Balsamic on top as you like.
