Print Options:

Garlic Tortellini

 1 package of tortellini
 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
 1 handful of spinach
 1 vidalia onion, diced
 1 package of bacon
 1 cup pasta sauce
 2 tbsp Cindy's Garlic Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Cindy's Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
 salt & pepper to taste

Cut up bacon into bite sized pieces and fry.

When fully cooked, add the diced onions and cook until soft.

Add chopped tomatoes and salt & pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Add pasta sauce, garlic olive oil, and cranberry pear balsamic vinegar.

Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Add spinach. Continue to simmer until spinach is cooked.

Keep on low, stirring occasionally.

Boil pasta in a separate pot until cooked and drain.

Add tortellini to sauce and stir.
