Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Grape Tomatoes

 2 lbs brussel sprouts, cut in half
 2 pints grape tomatoes
 2 tbsp minced garlic
 5 tbsp Cindy's Avocado Oil
 salt & pepper to taste
 Cindy's 25 Star Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Place everything except the balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Mix to coat.

Spread on a sheet pan and cook for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Drizzle balsamic vinegar to serve.
