Sautee vegetables.
Mix the bread cubes with the vegetables and olive oil.
Mix in the broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 375* in a lightly greased 9x13 rectangle baking pan. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for another 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.
Drizzle with balsamic and serve.
