Basil & Blackberry Pork Tenderloin

 1 Pork Loin
 2 tbsp Cindy's Basil Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Cindy's Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar
 1 tsp minced garlic
 ¼ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper

In a Ziploc bag combine all ingredients. Mix well and add pork loin. Gently massage the pork loin to ensure proper coverage.

Marinade in the fridge overnight.

Grill on low, indirect heat and baste periodically with Blackberry Balsamic. Grill until internal temperature is 160*.
