Quick & Easy Cheesecake

 1 Wind & Willow Sweet Cheeseball Mix of choice
 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 4 tbsp softened butter (optional)
 8 oz whipped topping
 1 graham cracker pie crust

Combine the Cheeseball Mix (Topping used later) with cream cheese and butter.  Fold in the whipped topping and spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle with Topping packet for garnish.  Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

For a homemade crust:

  1. Combine crushed cookies or graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press into bottom and sides of an 8" pie plate.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Cool.
