
Ingredients
In a bowl combine peaches, cherries, onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili flakes with 1 tbsp EVOO and Peach White Balsamic. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Brush salmon with 1 tbsp of EVOO and season with salt and pepper. Grill fish on barbecue medium to high 3-4 minutes each side until just cooked through.
Plate salmon on top of spring mix and top with peach salsa and serve.
