Frozen Yogurt Bark with Balsamic

 

 Full container Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt No Sugar added 18g of protein (you can use any plain or vanilla yogurt you like)
 ½ cup Cindy’s Meyer Lemon Balsamic
 1 ½ cups Blueberries
 Shredded Coconut

In a bowl, mix the yogurt and balsamic until well combined. Gently fold in your berries.
Line a tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
Top with shredded coconut and a few extra berries if you’d like a little extra flair.
Freeze overnight until completely set.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
