Blood Orange Fennel Salad

Ingredients

 salt & pepper
 small shallot, thinly sliced
 2 (10oz) fennel bulbs, cored, thinly sliced
Directions

Whisk together the oil, balsamic, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Thinly slice both the shallot and fennel bulbs, or use a mandolin.

Combine and serve.
