Balsamic Caramel Popcorn

 3 tbsp Cindy's Butter Olive Oil
 ½ cup kernel popcorn
 ¾ tbsp sugar
 2 tbsp honey
 2 tbsp Cindy's Chocolate Balsamic
 ¼ tsp baking soda
 Pinch sea salt

Heat 2 tbsp Butter Olive Oil in pot and add 1/2 cup kernels and pop 3-5 minutes.

Place 1 tbsp of Butter Olive Oil in saucepan. Add sugar and honey and Chocolate Balsamic and stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to a steady simmer without stirring 3-5 minutes. Carefully add baking soda and stir.

Pour over popcorn and stir.

Pour mixture on to cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Heat in 325 oven for 20 minutes and serve.
